I ordered a large birthday bouquet for my friends 60th , my first order with Finer Floral. I completed the order online easily. However there was an issue with delivery and I was pleased that their customer service resolved the problem with me quickly. Best to note that if you want to require signature for a delivery you need to specify this somewhere as it’s not a question on their order form. She sent a photo of the flower arrangement and it was beautiful and included the flowers as I’d chosen. I recommend this florist and will use them again when need arises.

She sent me a picture of it and I was very upset that it did not look anything like the picture on your website. The lilacs were not fresh and the arrangement was shoved into a vase too small for it. My sister used to work for a florist and said it was not worth the money you charged for it. Sorry i wont be ordering from you again.
